Leadership Development
Our Leadership Development Program is designed for companies and organizations seeking to excel and grow through an integrated, three-pillar approach: Leadership Training, Team Building, and personalized Executive Coaching. Through Leadership Training, participants develop foundational and advanced competencies,self-leadership, strategic thinking, execution excellence, influence and communication, and ethical leadership delivered via interactive workshops, simulations, case studies, and micro-learning. Team Building focuses on aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, mapping roles and decision rights, building psychological safety, and establishing robust feedback loops, with diagnostics, team charters, and experiential offsites that accelerate trust, collaboration, and innovation velocity. Mentees are guided through a structured journey that emphasizes five core areas: self-discovery to unlock purpose and craft a clear life plan; mastery of Leading Self through core principles and practices; development of executive presence and public speaking skills; a deep dive into work values and personal financial literacy; and the cultivation of a life characterized by mission, significance, and legacy. The Masterclass blends practical exercises, reflective practices, and real-world applications to accelerate growth, sharpen decision-making, and boost confidence in leading initiatives, teams, and stakeholders.
Global Leadership Summit
Our annual Global Leadership Summit - GLS Kigali is organized in partnership with Global Leadership Network Rwanda, delivering the signature event that unites corporate, ministry, and marketplace experts under one roof. This Kigali edition brings dynamic speakers and timely topics designed to challenge attendees to grow, think differently, and become catalysts for transformative change within their organizations and communities. The summit serves as a high-impact convergence point, offering practical insights, real-world case studies, and interactive sessions that translate into actionable leadership practices. It also includes the GLS Next Gen track, which engages youth to develop leadership skills and envision their role in shaping the future, alongside the Women Leadership Network that equips and empowers women to aspire, grow, and lead in their domains.

iLead
The iLead program, overseen across Africa through our partnership with Maxwell Leadership Foundation, is a transformative journey designed to equip students with the essential skills for a successful future. It focuses on building strong character, fostering leadership qualities, and instilling a deep sense of discipline that empowers students to navigate challenges with integrity and resilience. Through engaging activities, real-world applications, and evidence-based leadership principles, participants develop a foundation for personal and academic achievement that translates into long-term success.
Our unique, three-level structure guides students through progressive stages of development: iChoose, iDo, and finally, iLead. This scaffolded approach ensures a comprehensive and impactful experience, with each level reinforcing core competencies such as self-leadership, goal setting, disciplined practice, and ethical decision-making. By progressing from choosing a vision to actively doing leadership, students build confidence, transfer learning to their communities, and prepare to lead with purpose in higher education, careers, and civic life. Maxwell Leadership Foundation partnership enhances the program with proven frameworks and coaching that amplify impact across the continent.
